Thriving Through it All Was Specifically Designed for YOU (and here’s why)

I am tired of looking around and seeing Christian families unable to thrive through the difficult times we face in today’s world. So many people are struggling with threats to their individual liberty, increasing costs of food, and insecurity about their family’s wellbeing. And there just hasn’t been a solid resource out there to help them create security and joy through God/self-reliance.

So I decided to build it. Let me explain the what’s, why’s, and how’s right now.

Thriving Through it All Was Designed for Christian Families

I created Thriving Through it All to help Christian families develop skills and find resources to help them be more secure in a world that feels so chaotic. So that even in sudden emergencies; whether it be a natural disaster, financial loss, or any other crisis they can be more prepared. And even thrive through difficult times. Ultimately, I want to redefine what preparedness means.

You don’t necessarily have to be Christian to appreciate the important information I will be sharing with my blog. But much of what I create will be coming from my own life experiences and that is most definitely rooted in my faith.

I firmly believe that if more families embraced a God-centered form of self-reliance they would be able to weather even the most difficult things. I personally learned this the hard way. And I want to prevent others from doing that as well. Plus, I love helping others find joy even through life’s hardships.

How Thriving Through it All Can Help You Be More Self-Reliant

There are 4 main areas I want to focus on to help you find stability during these uncertain times. Preparedness, frugal living, home life, and wellness. I want to create content that will help you be less reliant on outside support, create a home filled with God’s love, be more financially stable, and provide you and your family with a consistent supply of healthy food.

From my own personal experience, the best way to do that is to return to a simpler way of life. We need to re-learn the skills our great-grandparents had. I don’t know about you, but I’ve always found that overcomplicating anything always seemed to be a recipe for disaster. And when I slow down and do things a little more old-school I’ve seen it really makes life easier and more enjoyable.

That is why I want to give you content that will help you learn how to grow your own healthy food, preserve that food long-term, learn more ways to save money, get out of debt, grow closer to God, learn about why it’s important to love your community and country, strengthen your family, and so much more!

And with a little bit of luck, you can pass on these skills, resources, and values to the next generation!

The Joy of Being Self-Reliant

I would love to see more families return to a simplistic, self-reliant way of life. Learning ways to bring peace into their homes, strengthen their relationship with God, and teach future generations the importance of living within their means.

Often times we get so caught up in day-to-day living, that we forget or don’t even realize what we’ve lost in this country in our rush towards progress. Sometimes progress isn’t necessarily for the better.

I hope you’ll join me in reclaiming your time and create a life where your well-being isn’t determined by what’s going on in the world outside your home. That you will become God/self-reliant and begin a journey of Thriving Through it All.
